Stu is the Co-Founder of Audacious Ag, specialising in asset management, advisory, coaching, and livestock operations.

With extensive experience in regenerative grazing and building natural capital across Australia, he is known for his hands-on approach and commitment to positive outcomes for landscapes, livestock, businesses, and most importantly people. Stu's greatest passion is in helping others achieve their vision, whether managing a large family office portfolio or scaling a smaller family operation. His eight years as the General Manager of Wilmot Cattle Co provided invaluable experience in portfolio management and regenerative practices at scale.

Stu has worked extensively across the northern Australian pastoral industry, spent three years grain farming in Canada, and has spent time in his younger years in a southern QLD feedlot. His experience across agriculture is vast which sees him often approached to share his knowledge publicly, either speaking engagements, webinars and numerous podcasts.

When not transforming agricultural landscapes, Stu enjoys running, golfing, reading, piloting, and adventures with his three young kids and wife Trish in "the best camper trailer in the world." Stu maintains a lifelong commitment to professional development and never misses an opportunity to upskill.
